For those out there with iPhones (or Touches…) a pretty rad app has just hit the iTunes store.
Bloom was developed by ambient music legend and uber-cool bald dude Brian Eno and musician/software designer Peter Chilvers. Basically, the screen displays ever-shifting pastel washes while some dreamy tunes float about in the background. Touching the screen adds a pinging note to the composition, visualized with a growing colored sphere. By touching various spots on the screen you can create a (somewhat) custom audio-visual experience—a personal chill-out room for your iPhone.
