Impossibly Awful Video for Microsoft Music-Making Product.

This ad for Microsoft’s Songsmith application has been flying around the Innernette™ for a good little while, but I kept forgetting to post it. Its excruciating lameness begs the question: BK campaign-style irony, or utter cluelessness? Only Steve Balmer knows for sure.

    I dress & do my hair exactly like that little girl when I record The Ten Thousand Things.

    On a more serious note, I think this video aged me at least three or four years.

    Two best parts: the stickers on Dad’s laptop, and the fact that, when giving his presentation, the boss looks absolutely horrified.
