Thank You, Glenn Beck

Today, most of us are paying our taxes. However, the lunatic fringe (sponsored by FoxNews) are holding Teabagging Parties (also sponsored by FoxNews), where they spout the rhetorical equivalent of testicles on their foreheads.

The stupid, it hurts me.

Nice commentary by Paul Begala at CNN:

this guy’s take on it is hilarious

“The stated purpose of the protests is ‘protest against out of control government spending’, which, while something, is also terribly and uselessly vague.” — from the Pandagon article

The grand irony of this whole thing is that if Obama abandoned the stimulus package and the free market economy didn’t miraculously revive itself & all of these right-wing nutbags lost their jobs, they’d be the first ones asking for handouts to overfeed their overbred children and complaining when their they didn’t get their unemployment checks or EBT cards.

The problem with the right is that they feel they are invincible and above anyone who is vulnerable. They don’t think they need to take care of the needy because they got their good job from “hard work” (sorry, but I make 70k+ a year and I know a lot of people making under 20k who work a lot harder than me) and that poor people are just lazy and looking for handouts.

But, of course when the time comes that their white skin & testicles doesn’t save their cushy jobs, they’ll be the first asking for a government handout & wiping the tear away from their face, asking how the American Dream failed them. But of course they’ll always have immigrants and liberals to blame, not the greedy, unregulated capitalism that really put them where they are.

Pull your kids out of college because professors are brain washing them with evolution crap? Gulp, I just threw up a little in my mouth…

jay

Well, you know evolution is just a theory…..it’s not scientific proof like the fact that the first woman was built from some guy’s rib and then she talked to snakes and ate magic apples.

I mean it’s all in that book that was written by the invisible guy and his son who’s mother was a virgin and was born in the Middle East yet has blonde hair and blue eyes.

Yeah, so, I’m not paying my taxes.

Wanna say something?
