Watch these two nutjobs come to the rational decision on national TV that yeah, what we really need now is a new terrorist attack to get things going in the right direction (pun intended).

That izsto say, our nation’s one hope for survival and reclaiming its values is for bin Laden to detonate a “major weapon” on top of it. Just like what happened the last time, right? Where we all went a little demented, started spying on each other, transformed the Executive Branch into a weird, lawless nether zone of extra-legal nonsense, fought a needless war and what not? Good times!
The great part about it is that they’re right. That IS what they need. And frankly, it’s refreshing to watch them jonesing so hard for it right out in the open.

Very nice, Neal! It’s pretty hilarious how delusional the right wing has become, isn’t it? I mean, it’s never fun to watch someone lose their mind before your eyes as everything they’ve so strongly believed is shattered and drifts away, but there it is. We’ll just be sure to keep our eyes on these guys so their twisted logic doesn’t start to seem like just logic. Sorry you guys don’t understand the powerful narcotic lure of worldwide peace holds over the globe, but I hope it can catch you too.
