Mark Twain Introduces Claymation Kids to Satan

Posted by: Casey Rae-Hunter    Tags:  Claymation, Evil, fallen angel, Mark Twain, Old Scratch, Satan, The Adventures of Mark Twain    Posted date:  October 30, 2009  |  2 Comments

I originally saw this clip — part of a full-length animated Claymation™ film called The Adventures of Mark Twain — when I was in 6th grade. In 1985, I thought it was just about the awesomest thing ever, and it still gives me very pleasurable shivers. Of course, one must understand that I’ve enjoyed a special relationship with Old Scratch since he first taught me how to make the neighbor jock kids cry.

Happy Halloween, m-effers!

one of my all time favourite clips.

Love this movie. I remember seeing it as a kid and loving how irreverent and blasphemous the Adam & Eve vignette was as well…
