Clip numero uno falls squarely in the “I can’t believe this is fucking real” category. It’s a new exercise device for women that apes a certain “recreational” activity. Just six minutes a day! (For the record, it takes me longer.)

Video dos is a classic clip from Metallica‘s “making of the Black Album” VHS from back in the day. It shows douchenozzle producer Bob Rock telling douchenozzle guitarist Kirk Hammett how to play his solos. (For the record, Hammett is probably the least douche-y dude in Tallicker.)
